Mindfulness

A special and safe space for ongoing support and growth. Sharing challenges, coping skills, and victories to inspire and empower one another. Monthly themes range from topics such as identifying habits that no longer serve us, assessing relationships and boundaries, and clarifying personal intentions. 

Online private group for members to hold discussions in between sessions.
